About the project
Our client is a mid-sized company with 60 employees that kept running into one key problem: the administrative processes that worked with 20 people stopped being enough at 60. Every phase of growth added more work, not for customers, but for systems. Invoices arrived by email and were copied into systems by hand. Salespeople spent hours filling in the CRM instead of taking care of customers. Approvals ran through email and each decision took days. Reports were prepared manually every Monday morning.
